I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Spring Oasis Curtains & Upholstery Fabrics Trading (Dubai). I contacted the company for new curtains and installation services. Their employee/sales representative, Mr. Ali, initially contacted me and sent curtain photos and price quotations on WhatsApp. Based on those photos and his confirmation, I agreed to proceed. He later came to my home (after approximately 1.5 hours of travel), showed me some photos again, and I clearly told him to provide the same design and fabric style that was shared on WhatsApp. After waiting 5 days, the curtains were delivered — and to my shock, they were completely different from what was shown and promised. When I contacted Mr. Ali to address the issue, instead of resolving it professionally, he spoke very rudely and denied responsibility. He even said he “doesn’t know” about the commitment regarding the fabric and style. When I called the registered website number for clarification, I was treated in an equally rude and unprofessional manner. This is not just about curtains — this is about trust. When a company representative visits your home, shows samples, commits to a design, and takes your order, you expect honesty and professionalism. Instead, I received a product that does not match what was promised, along with extremely disrespectful customer service. As a customer in Dubai, I trusted this company to deliver what they committed to. This entire experience has been stressful, frustrating, and emotionally draining. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before dealing with this company. Make sure everything is documented clearly in writing with exact fabric codes and signed confirmation before making any payment. Very disappointed.
