I have never seen such a treatment when it comes to renting a studio.. the broker asked for 3000 dirhams commission but literally, I did everything. I went to do the ejari and discovered that the apartment is listed with another company and we can’t do it. The old ejari wasn’t cancelled and we can do nth about it… that wasted more time and we were supposed to move in yesterday, we couldn’t of-course… All the furniture started coming and she didn’t even inform us that Damac doesn’t allow tenants to move their things after 6 pm .. All what the broker says os that she has 8 years of experience and she knows everything… ejari was signed on the first of july which conflicts with the daye we agreed upon… The way she keeps stating that she knows everything but we keep falling into issues is crazy… she could have said she is new to the market, at least we could have done her job properly…
