This is by far the worst salon experience of my life. I spent a good amount of money on keratin rebonding here, and the result was absolutely horrible — my hair looked burnt, dry, and damaged immediately after the treatment. When I went back to complain, the staff refused to take responsibility and kept giving silly excuses like “use shampoo and mask.” I then spoke to Jhanvi, who promised me a protein treatment to fix the damage. But when I went back, her staff completely changed their story, gave me attitude, and shamelessly asked me to pay 150 AED extra for something that was supposed to fix their own mistake. The way the staff behaved was disgusting, rude, and highly unprofessional. Instead of helping, they made me feel like I was at fault. After the next wash, my hair got even worse — extremely dry, brittle, and fried. This salon not only ruined my hair but also showed a total lack of customer care or basic ethics. Do not waste your money here — they will burn your hair, blame you, and then try to charge you more to fix it. Absolutely shameful.
