Hands down the worst rental experience of my life. I lived in a run-down, ancient building they manage, and every single day felt like a new level of frustration. Maintenance? A complete joke. If something breaks, prepare to meditate, pray, or summon a higher power — because once they’ve taken your rent, you’re basically invisible to them. And the deposit situation? Easily the most insulting part. I didn’t just lose my entire deposit — I somehow ended up owing them money. They slapped on some wildly ridiculous “charges” for an already falling-apart building. The whole process honestly felt like legalized daylight robbery. By the time I left, I’d lost my money, my patience, and honestly a bit of my dignity from dealing with their nonsense.

I just moved in to the unit and at the time of checking the unit all seems alright but the moment i came spending the first day of the night, everything fall apart. The water heater was not working, then the water leakage in the bathroom, water leakage in the sink, water leakage in the lap connecting to the washing Machine. The top floor tenets were dumping their used cigarette buds on balcony and it even burnt one of my towel which was outside in the rack. You name it all were terrible and these happened the very next day and continued until now which is 21st December 2024 at 12:04Hrs. The building managed by one Engineering man and he came to fix only the water heater and asked me money for fixing the water heater but said he cannot fix the rests of the issue as it is was not assigned to him???? Then I kept complaining to the customer care but they kept ignoring all the times I have called and also my whatsapps. The records are in place if anyone needed a proof of these complains. This is abosolutely the most shittiest place to stay and not worthy for money at all!

**Review of Hi Sandy Real Estate: Extremely Disappointing Experience** I regret to say that my experience with Hi Sandy Real Estate has been nothing short of frustrating. It has been over two months since I requested a refund of my deposit, and despite numerous follow-ups, I have yet to see any action. Every time I call, my number gets blocked, and they ignore my messages on WhatsApp. They keep claiming the refund cheque is ready but pending a signature, and whenever I ask to speak with a manager, I'm met with excuses about their unavailability. I even visited their office, where the receptionist made me wait for two hours only to inform me that no manager was present. When a manager finally contacted me, he was arguing rather than addressing my concerns, ultimately stating they would not refund my money.instead they wanted me to pay them. And asking for proof of apartment that I returned was same as they gave me. this company lacks integrity and it’s not trustworthy During my visit, I witnessed another client expressing similar frustrations about their contract issues, which reinforced my concerns about their business practices. They also mishandled my ejari and keys, causing significant inconvenience. In my opinion, Hi Sandy Real Estate employs deceptive tactics and lacks professionalism. I strongly advise against doing any business with them; it’s clear that they are used to it and not care for their client.
