On the 29 of March a driver from Al Whaleed Limousine tried to change my car with AED 700 for a ride that went from West beach to the Riltz Carlton in the Palm and for which we agreed AED 70. As the charge didn’t go, and I could not see the screen of the card reader, i thought may be I needed to put more money in my card, he then reduces the ammount to AED 400 and after two attemps he successful y charged me AED 400 for a ride that was 70. This driver knew exactly what he was doing and that is illegal. I’ve been trying to get in touch with your compañía for over two weeks now, no one answers, there is no email, and I live in Abu Dhabi. If you guys don’t get in touch with me or give me a way get in touch to clarify this and get my refund for the wrongly charged ammount, charged in bad faith too. I’m going down to Dubai to press charges with the police.
