I strongly advise against visiting this boutique, as they might sell you a defective item and refuse to give you a refund - exactly what happened to me. I saw a bag on display, liked it, and decided to buy that model. They took my payment and brought out a pre-packed "new" bag from another room.
When I unpacked it at the hotel, I saw scratches on it. I immediately went back to the boutique, and they exchanged it for another bag, but it was in even worse condition: it was dirty, the leather was torn, and the stitching was uneven. I asked for another replacement, but that one was just as poor in quality. It turned out to be the last bag of that model in stock.
They refused to give me a refund and told me to either choose from those defective bags or pick another model and pay extra. With such an attitude, I didn’t want to carry their bags at all. In the end, I was left with a bag I’m not going to use.
I hope my experience helps someone avoid going through the same situation.
