**Horrendous Property Management – A Complete Nightmare! 0/10** I have **never** dealt with a more incompetent, unprofessional, and outright negligent property management company in my life. From day one, it has been an absolute disaster. **1. Total Lack of Communication** Getting a response from these people is like pulling teeth. Emails go unanswered for weeks, phone calls are ignored, and when they *do* respond, it’s with vague, copy-pasted replies that solve nothing. **2. Maintenance? What Maintenance?** Basic repairs take **months**—if they ever happen at all. Leaking pipes? Broken appliances? Safety hazards? Good luck! Their idea of "urgent service" is sending someone three weeks later to half-fix the problem, only for it to break again. **3. Rude and Unprofessional Staff** The office staff treat residents like an inconvenience. Any legitimate complaint is met with eye rolls, dismissive attitudes, or outright hostility. It’s clear they don’t care about tenants—only collecting rent. **4. Surprise Fees and Shady Practices** Random charges appear on statements with no explanation. Need a lease renewal? Expect a massive rent hike with zero justification. They nickel-and-dime tenants while providing **zero** value in return. **5. The Property is Falling Apart** Common areas are filthy, landscaping is nonexistent, and security is a joke. It’s clear they’re cutting every corner to maximize profits while letting the building deteriorate. **DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.** Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money—go literally anywhere else. This is the **worst property management** I have ever encountered, and I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy. **Zero stars. Absolute garbage.**
