Rawad Abi Raad and Taalaibek Rysbaev are the most unprofessional and incapable property agents with whom I ever worked. They were misleading me & my family about the rent of the apartment for almost a month by saying that there are no problems and everything will be solved, and 3 days before the planned check-in they reported that they could not rent me this apartment. They haven't fulfilled their obligations under the signed contract. Entry date change 3 times: 17 June → 23 June → 1 July → never… They haven't checked the legal details before showing the apartment. They were unable to even understand what was wrong. I collect all pieces of the puzzle instead of them. Rawad behaved disrespectfully, saying 10 minutes before the meeting at AlFahin's office that he was 30 minutes late, and then informed by phone that he was in the Landlord Department for a more important meeting and would not come to our meeting at all. Rawad misled the previous tenant (of the apartment which I planned to rent) — by saying him that there would be no problems with his Ejari and they would be able to cancel everything themselves. Copies of contracts, receipts/confirmations about taking money from me were not provided. Tanami did not offer an alternative option after their fault. They just offered me to find a new apartment by myself. In sum, maybe the company Tanami is nice, but I encourage you to not do anything with these two "creatures": Rawad and Talai. Or better choose another broker.
