I had a disappointing experience with this car showroom, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others avoid a similar situation. First off, the staff at the showroom seemed far from knowledgeable, especially when it came to bank processing and the details surrounding car loans. They couldn’t provide clear answers about the loan approval process or help explain the fine print related to financing. This lack of expertise created a lot of confusion and left me feeling uncertain about the whole transaction. Secondly, they requested a deposit upfront, which seemed normal at first. However, I strongly advise NOT giving a cash deposit. If your car loan is not approved (which can happen for various reasons), they will not return your money. This practice felt extremely misleading and made it seem like they were more interested in securing your deposit than in ensuring a smooth, transparent purchase process. It’s safe to say that I feel deceived by their business practices, and I would caution anyone considering buying a car here to be very careful. Do your research, be aware of how they handle deposits, and ensure you fully understand their loan processing procedures before committing to anything. I regret not trusting my instincts sooner and walking away from the deal. If you're looking for a trustworthy, transparent car buying experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
