My name is Adnan Khan, and I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with SoDiSe and Luxab UAE. I worked as a Sales Supervisor and was utterly disheartened by the unprofessional and unethical behavior of Mr. Reza Faryabi, the owner. Despite my trust and dedication, the company failed to pay me two months’ salary, leaving me in a difficult financial situation. As part of my duties, I opened five postpaid SIM cards under my Emirates ID for their employees, trusting they would pay the bills as agreed. However, they failed to settle the bills, leaving me with outstanding payments amounting to thousands of dirhams. When I followed up on my unpaid salary, they refused to pay and treated me with blatant disrespect. After resigning, they not only barred me but also other employees from entering the office. When we tried to inquire about our salaries and unresolved issues, we were met with physical aggression. Employees were pushed, kicked, and subjected to humiliating behavior. To make matters worse, the company illegally detained employees’ passports, refusing to return them, which is a clear violation of UAE labor laws. Such actions reflect a complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic human decency. The company operates under Alim Nour General Trading LLC and is located at 405, 4th Floor, West Wing, Latifa Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road. They are now using the brand name Luxab UAE to hide their fraudulent practices and continue exploiting people. Mr. Reza Faryabi and his company have proven to be cheap, deceitful, and exploitative. They have no regard for the well-being of their employees and continue to operate under fraudulent practices. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from SoDiSe, Luxab UAE, and any business associated with Mr. Reza Faryabi. Protect yourself and others from falling victim to these scammers.
