تزحلقت جنب المسبح وضربت كتفي. كنت مفكرة إنها رح تروح لحالها، بس الوجع صار يزيد وما حتى المرهم نفع. بالعيادة ساعدوني أرجّع حركة إيدي وشالوا الوجع، وهلّق حتى النوم صار أريح. أكيد رح أكمّل الكورس وبنصح الكل فيه.

Five years ago, I had knee surgery, and since then I constantly felt tension in my leg and back pain. I visited many clinics, but they usually just prescribed medications and exercises without much result. At Symmetry Center, during the check-up they immediately found the root cause — it turned out that after the surgery my gait had changed, putting overload on my pelvis and spine. I really appreciated the personalized approach: everything was explained clearly, shown on the screen, and a recovery plan was made.
