I would like to highlight the experience i have from the owner of this shop who is very rude even and selling katchara items. Last year,i purchase laptop and damage after 1 week. I came there and he ask me to pay to fix the second hand laptop worth 900dhs. Today i want to pay for Dream draw 1 ticket and Go win for 1 ticket. While i am choosing the numbers he left and busy to his staff. Now i keep calling him that im done but his not listening. His keep talking to his staff.He is ignoring me till 2 more customers came. Waiting for him. I had enter, the numbers but it was gone and he asked me to put it again. But due to he is not focus of what i am saying, he put 2 tickets of dream draw and he is decided to put all there when my plan is 1 for dream draw and 1 for Go win. i decided to cancel as he is insisted me to pay all to dream draw. And he is very rude and throw my money infront of me and and infront of the 2 customers. Saying you are not the only customer. We can review the Cctv how rude that person. In human treatment to their customer.
