This website https://ksavisa.com is a scam and your company own it It appears on the first page of Google search results, even before the official Saudi Arabia government website for visa issuance. The site is defrauding many people by collecting large sums of money without delivering any visas. Personally, I lost 1,800 USD for 4 Umrah visas, and the company completely stopped responding after payment. According to the website, it claims to be based in Dubai, but this is highly questionable and may be false. This is a large-scale fraud, and urgent action is needed. Neither Google nor the Saudi authorities have taken visible action so far, despite numerous victims reporting the same issue. We urge Google and the relevant authorities to block this fraudulent page, investigate the company behind it, and protect more travelers from being scammed.
