My experience with Tarrad Real Estate Development relates to the Celeste Tower project. On October 30, 2025, my mother and I transferred €28,500 after receiving a commercial offer through an intermediary agency. The payment was made to a non‑escrow account. A few days later, while I was already requesting the return of my money, I discovered that the project was not registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) at the time of the transfer. I tried contacting the developer by email, but I did not receive any response. Communication through WhatsApp was slow and unclear. The agency initially distanced itself from the situation, and although they later provided partial assistance, the developer never replied directly to my emails. I began requesting the refund on November 4. On November 29, I received €26,209.36, leaving €2,290.64 still pending. The explanation given was currency fluctuation, but the refund was requested on November 4, when such fluctuation did not apply. This review reflects only the factual timeline of my case, including the lack of response, the partial assistance from the agency, the non‑escrow payment, and the fact that the project was not registered when the transfer was made.
