SCAM !!!!! I regret I didn’t read reviews before going. I’m not local as lady in previous review. They just call to everyone. When they called me , they said I was contacting them myself last year , and now I am one of 50 people who won a 2000 AED certificate for free procedure. Even procedure was presented as complimentary, I was immediately given a bill of 43770 AED for services and products I was expected to purchase later. Throughout the visit, I was constantly pressured to buy additional services and creams. I was also asked inappropriate questions, such as how much money I’m willing to spend monthly on cosmetology, whether I work to afford these expenses, and whether I’m married. The worst part. During a face phototherapy session, the technician asked me to place my head under the lamp without providing any eye protection. I questioned whether this was safe, and she assured me it was “absolutely safe,” turned on the lamp, and left the room for the entire session. Shortly afterward, I started experiencing a gritty “sand” sensation in my eyes. I contacted a doctor I know, who told me that undergoing phototherapy without eye protection is very dangerous and can result in eye burns or even vision loss. I am now extremely worried and planning to see an ophthalmologist as soon as possible. This experience was a nightmare. I deeply regret going there. The aggressive sales tactics, lack of professionalism, and disregard for basic safety felt less like medical care and more like a scam. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious.

‼️ DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAM CLINIC ‼️ I received a call from this “clinic” claiming I had won a free facial worth 2000 AED, which immediately confused me because I had never heard of this place before and they should not have my contact information anywhere. When I questioned it, the man on the phone said it was a special offer for UAE locals, which made me think (wrongly) that it could be some government-related promotion. That alone should have been my first red flag. When I arrived, everything went downhill. The clinic is inside a hotel, which is strange enough, but the parking situation was a nightmare. Parking is behind the hotel in a separate building, costs 20 AED per hour, and the spaces are ridiculously tight. Just getting in and out was stressful and a waste of time and money. The moment I entered the clinic, the vibe was extremely uncomfortable and unsettling. It did not feel like a professional clinic at all. I signed papers and sat down, even though I arrived 10 minutes early, especially since they warned me on WhatsApp that being more than 15 minutes late would cancel my appointment. Despite that, my appointment time came and went. I waited over 20 minutes past my scheduled time, and when I asked the receptionist, she kept saying she “doesn’t know” when I’ll be seen and kept asking me to wait “a bit more.” While waiting, another girl sat next to me and asked if I also got the same “offer.” She said she was not a local and also had no idea how they got her number. That’s when it became clear this was a complete lie and a scam. They are clearly calling random people, lying about “locals-only” offers, and using fake high prices to lure people in. To make things worse, one of the staff members offered another waiting customer coffee, tea, and even joked about shisha. This was incredibly unprofessional and honestly disgusting behavior for a place claiming to be a medical or cosmetic clinic. After 30 minutes I got told again that it would take another 10–20 minutes, I had enough. I left without receiving anything, paid 20 AED for parking, and walked away feeling angry, uncomfortable, and completely disrespected. This place is misleading, unprofessional, and dishonest. The entire experience felt sketchy from start to finish. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, your money, and your peace of mind.

⚠️ Warning: Extremely Misleading & Unethical Experience at Cocoage Aesthetic Clinic, Fairmont Dubai I had one of the most disappointing and deceptive experiences at Cocoage Aesthetic Clinic in the Fairmont Hotel, Dubai. They called me for a so-called “free consultation and diamond facial”, but in reality, it was nothing more than a basic face cleansing — absolutely false advertising. After the facial, a staff member named Feeroza began aggressively pushing me to sign up for multiple expensive treatments. She kept insisting everything was “tailor-made for my skin” — yet no doctor ever saw me or examined my skin. It was clear this was not a medical recommendation, just a high-pressure sales tactic. She then brought her manager Sareen, and together they created a ridiculous package worth AED 23,600 for only: • 2 Laser sessions • 4 Injections • 4 Peelings Then they claimed to offer a “50% discount” if I paid immediately — still over AED 11,800! When I questioned the pricing, they refused to share a proper breakdown of individual treatment costs. Later, I checked with reputable clinics in Dubai — the same laser session costs around AED 900, not AED 5,400 like Cocoage was demanding! This clearly shows how massively overpriced and dishonest their approach is. This clinic operates more like a sales trap than a professional aesthetic center. There was no transparency, no ethics, and no genuine concern for the client’s wellbeing. 🚨 Please be warned — stay far away from Cocoage Aesthetic Clinic. Don’t fall for their fake “offers” and manipulative sales talk. What they promise as a consultation or facial is nothing but a scam to sell overpriced packages. Totally untrustworthy and unethical experience.
