I had a very disappointing experience with VNCT Global. I paid an advance amount for a property that was promised to me.
However, after following up continuously for almost three months, I was suddenly informed that the property had already been sold to someone else. Since then, I have repeatedly followed up with the company requesting cancellation and a refund of my advance payment. Unfortunately, the refund status remains unclear and I have not received any proper response or update.
I have also tried reaching out to their Vice President, Prabha, and his team multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution so far. This lack of transparency, communication, and accountability is extremely disappointing. From my experience, it appears they mainly market their properties outside India, possibly targeting NRI buyers who may find it difficult to constantly follow up or pursue complaints.
In my opinion, practices like this allow them to satisfy some buyers while leaving many others struggling for answers, which prevents the full picture from being exposed.
