Very disappointed by mortgage broker Daria Sidorova.
It breaks my heart to write this, but I feel completely abandoned and let down.
From the very beginning, Daria failed to understand our agreements and continually ignored my requests. Despite several reminders to stay on top of our correspondence, my messages went unanswered.
Working with her proved extremely challenging: she made countless errors in our bank applications, forcing me to review each document 5–10 times and point out every correction personally. In the end, it was far easier for me to liaise directly with the banks—something I did in parallel. The ultimate blunder was the loan term: although we explicitly agreed on a 17-year term multiple times, her final version of the FOL application inexplicably used a 25-year term, and that’s what was approved.
Worse still, even the fields I specifically asked her to fix remained untouched—I only discovered this upon receiving the FOL. I regret that I had to endure such a series of mistakes and neglect.
Despite our agreement to appeal the valuation report, she decided not to do so and hid this from me, leaving me without the right to appeal and wasting my money.
Now I find myself stranded in the middle of the process. I cannot open a bank account to complete the final mortgage step, and neither the bank staff nor Daria have responded for over two weeks. I’m stuck, unable to move forward, with no one to turn to for help. Sadly, I cannot recommend Daria—or her services—to anyone قراءة المزيد
