DO NOT RENT HERE! This agency is a professional scam operation. They use low prices as bait to lure tourists and then steal your deposit using a well-known extortion scheme. Here is how they work: They remotely shut down the car and take it back before the end of the contract without any valid reason. Then, they claim you committed 'traffic violations' based on their own private GPS tracker (which they claim is linked to the government, a total lie). I checked the official Dubai Police portal: there are ZERO fines on the vehicle. They tried to charge me 5,000 AED for imaginary fines that do not exist in the official system. Many other victims have reported the same 5,000 to 8,000 AED extortion recently. This is not a rental agency; it is a criminal trap. A formal complaint has been filed with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED) and a bank dispute (Chargeback) is underway. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to lose your money!
