Beware, they'll tell you there's no deposit but then take 5000 AED for fines to make you pay for imaginary scratches, threaten to detain you at the airport, and make you pay 8500 AED for an imaginary scratch (the one who put tape over the photo just before filming). Don't rent from them. Please file a complaint with the DET: https://consumerrights.gov.ae/en/submit-a-complaint/consumer-complaints , We've hired a lawyer; email us for a class action lawsuit: farid.13@gmx.fr , and please go to police

I rented a McLaren from this company and was very excited about the experience. Unfortunately, the sports mode did not work properly, which was disappointing since it’s a major feature of this type of car. The vehicle itself was clean and looked great, and the staff was polite, but the mechanical issue really took away from the experience. I had a disappointing experience with this rental company. I was charged a smoking fee even though I did not smoke in the vehicle at all- 1000 Dirham. There was no proof provided, and I was not given a fair chance to dispute the charge. I take good care of rental cars and always return them clean and in good condition, so this was very frustrating and unfair.

Scammer Scammer Scammer, they stick a black plastic cover on the black rim to cover the sliver damage, when I return the car they take out the plastic sticker and show the damage claim on me 8000AED and threaten me cant go on plane blah blah blah. I reported to DED and I saw all comment all the people get scam by them! They are fake muslim, the boss Bilal, the delivery, and the finance, and the car washer, all lier!!!!

I had a new experience with this company. This time it was the worst experience in Dubai. I rented two cars there. A day before the pickup, I contacted the company to confirm everything once again. This time they told me that both cars were in maintenance. If I hadn't asked, I would have received a last-minute cancellation notice.

Rental of a Lamborghini Huracan for 1 day (1,799 AED). The vehicle was delivered 2 hours late. The advertisement stated “no deposit”, yet I was required to pay 5,150 AED, supposedly only for fines and tolls. At the time of return, they claimed there was a scratch on the rear right rim (which I dispute), without providing any check-out document or signed inspection report. The deposit was kept and an additional payment was demanded. I obtained two independent repair quotes (346.50 AED and 650 AED), which were refused by the company. There were threats about blocking me at the airport. A complaint has been filed with the police and with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED). A lawyer has been appointed. In my experience, they are scammers. Be extremely cautious and document everything. Be aware that some reviews may not be genuine.
