I recently traveled to Georgia with the assistance of Planet Star LLC, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly professional, attentive, and responsive, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The flight tickets were issued on time, and all arrangements, including transfers and local transportation, were perfectly organized. We recently traveled to the Maldives with our family and booked our entire package through The Planet Star, and I must say it was one of the best travel decisions we have ever made! From the very beginning, their team was extremely professional, responsive, and supportive. They guided us through every step of the booking process, explained all the details clearly, and helped us choose the perfect resort that suited our family’s needs. Their customer service was truly outstanding — always available to answer our questions and quick to resolve even the smallest concerns. The entire trip was perfectly organized — from airport transfers to resort arrangements — everything went smoothly and exactly as promised. The Maldives itself was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters, stunning overwater villas, and unforgettable sunsets. It was truly a dream vacation for our family. Planatstar llc Scamer dont buy anything From them if you recive any call any MSG Dont go his office in karama if you Dont want to west your time , when you go there they will start saling his. Package and trust me Worst sale pich by 3rd class sales person who will insult you in frount of your wife As they Insist you to come with Wife if you not buy anythig he will give you dubai safari voucher and 10 aed kitch set which you can buy 5 to 10 aed from day to day after all this when you clams voucher they ask you to wait 1 month , I sent them 18 mail and Call for the voucher which the give But newer redime it is totaly Froud and Sacmer in dubai Dont west your time to go there and but any thing Totaly Fake Pla et star LLc

At first I got a call saying I got a gift then I visited there office to collect my gifts with my wife. There I saw they manage events and also give service on international tours. I was doubtful of paying them any thing as I have never heard about them and suddenly they are calling people to office saying we have gifts my wife insisted me to take their service as we were planning for a tour. Surprisingly the gave us service genuinely provided by Ahmed and Mohsin I have visited Kerala in June they took care of all the 4 star stays and also private cab booking. Gave me boat house in Alleppey, tree house in Munnar and glams in vagamon to stay with 40 percent discounted rates and the driver was the local guide for our whole trip with 20 plus activities across Kerala. I regret doubting the company where my wife believed that it will be great travelling around world with their service.

Fraud People!! Trageting to mainly Indian families, Pls don't believe on their high reviews, You can see every high reviews have their company name, with flattering messages, They will offer free gifts and hotel stay, by sending whatsapp msgs and call, After you will go there they will pressurised you to buy their fake packages. if you will not ready to buy in big money, they can go upto any least money but they will traget to cheat you. After you sign their papers you got cheated. And nothing can do legally. Unprofessional and rude, their face look like thiefs, Their office made temporarly and any time they can disapper. Pls don't pay any money to them it will no worth. I already got cheated, Later they will stop to reply you when demand for the tickets as per your package. They are scammers cheaters and fraud.

Extremely disappointing experience with Planet Star Travel & Tourism. The “free offer” turned out to be misleading and not worth it. Several promises were made before payment; however, the service delivered did not meet expectations. After payment, the process became slow and frustrating, with constant delays that can seriously impact holiday and travel plans. Communication was not satisfactory, and the overall experience was far below what was promised. I strongly recommend doing thorough research and exercising caution before committing to Planet Star Travel and Tourism services. ☹️

Scam in emotional way.. Be alert from Free gifts or hotel vouchers. If you will go you will waste your hours of time and might money too. One lady called to collect free gift & vouchers for their promotional agency. After reaching there 2-3 group of unprofessional agents will grab you, and make pressure to buy their travel packages. I feel pity to see many other families sitting there to get caught in their trap. i refused to take their packages as i feel its a scam and they will take money and disapper. And they make more pressure.. again i refused and in the insulting way they show me the exit way. It seems all are scripted they call us to come with family or spouse to make more pressure, Initiallly they will talk personally and admire too much, Feels like falttering to sell their fake packages. Please dont believe them. Later i see google reviews and found many people get caught already in their trap. Dubai police should take strict action on these frauds before they disapper.

I strongly recommend others to be very careful and stay away from this fraud company. Very disappointing experience with Planet Star Travel & Tourism. Before payment, they promise many benefits, but after payment most of the services were not delivered and their attitude completely changed. Monthly shopping vouchers are always delayed and require repeated follow-ups. Air tickets were agreed first but later cancelled with excuses like “supplier quota not available,” “no business” and attraction passes were also incomplete. Customer support is rude, unprofessional, and never gives a proper solution — only excuses and delays. After my experience, I also doubt many of the positive reviews here, as the service I received was far from what is being claimed.

Pls dont believe on the high ratings, These scammers have their own team who put fake comments to get high reviews, They will target family people who have no time to run to Police or courts, they will trap you by providing free gifts and voucher, And once you will reach there to receive the gifts they will pressurised you to take their travel packages at any cost, they will promise for so many fake offers don't believe these scammers, Once you pay the amount, just in seconds you will see their real face. Everything is planned to trap innocent people. They are uneducated rude people they will insult you infront of your family if you will ignore their proposals, Be aware of these frauds

Very Pathetic Service – Do Not Trust This Company I had a very bad experience with Planet Star Travel. I strongly advise people not to purchase any travel packages from this company. We bought an international travel package from them and last two months ago we provided our travel dates well in advance. However, their service has been extremely unprofessional. Every time we sent an email, we had to call them repeatedly just to get a reply. The staff members Siam , Rehan (customer support) and Ahmed (sales) were rude and misbehaved with us during phone calls. Instead of helping, they kept giving lame excuses and delaying the process. We even visited their office in person, but they still continued making excuses and claimed they could not proceed with the flight booking. The entire process felt like unnecessary drama rather than professional service. Despite claiming to be a professional travel company, they have provided no proper service at all. We asked for a refund, but they did respond for 2–3 weeks, and every time we contacted them they simply said things like “we will reply on Monday” or “we will update on Tuesday” without actually doing anything. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Please avoid this company and do not purchase any packages from them. We are now planning to file a legal complaint and also share our experience on social media because this behavior is completely unprofessional. Many of the positive reviews about them appear fake and misleading, so please be careful before trusting them.

Totally Fake!! Pls Don't got into a free trap.... Luring for free gifts and make pressure to buy their products once reach there. Zero professionalism, When you will enter to their Karama office you will see dirty sofas, Temporarily toilets, Inside the hall dirty table & chairs, Temporarily flax stickers on the wall which can close and run anytime..where they Brainwashing to people to buy their products at any cost, How much they will pay its lost for those innocent people. Showing one by one files with other people booked packages, Might they got cheated also or that's the fake one. Any professional companies will not do such kind of cheap practice. Luckily i didn't taken their packages. Unfortunately i went there and didn't saw the google reviews before i went, Later i saw the reviews and come to know this is a fraud company, Same like this many other companies looted people and disappeared. And they reply on the negative reviews that some of are not verified customer, Yes i am not verified because i save myself and didn't got into their trap, I didn't claim for their cheap 5-10 AED cheap gifts which photos they sent on our WhatsApp to lure. Pls...Pls..Pls..don't go there if you want to save your money and time. Rest...you can understand seeing other people reviews. I am sure the high ratings are from there own people. "Planet star travel" whether you can show the proof of the high ratings ???

I went with my family at their Karama temporary office, After they didn't talked about any gifts and they make on me pressure to buy their travel and tour packages. i denied and they insult me in front of my wife. Very rude unprofessional staff look like street druggist. If you will buy from them anything, you got trapped. This is cheating company don't believe on them. I visited this company after being offered a coupon. During the office visit, a travel plan costing around AED 7,500 was presented. After multiple refusal, an alternative option was offered where 25% payment was requested upfront, with commitments of six air tickets, six hotel bookings, and additional coupons. Based on these commitments, we agreed and proceeded with the plan. After payment, customer service communication was very poor. Emails and messages were not responded to, and after more than one month of repeated follow-ups, only Dubai Safari Park tickets were provided, while the remaining services discussed were not delivered. Due to the lack of response, we visited the office again and noticed several other families present with related to coupon collection. During this visit, we were verbally informed again that six air tickets would be provided. However, when I later contacted them to book flights for specific dates, I was informed that flight bookings would be processed only after full payment, which had not been clearly communicated earlier. Posting this for awareness purposes. Customers may wish to verify all commitments in writing and contact official authorities if services are not delivered as discussed.”

Avoid this company at all costs!!!! We went on30/08/2025 and they offered 35 flight tickets to travel to our home country and we done full payment at the same time.They give us a card which will be activated after 15 days.You often fail to follow up with customers as promised.We mailed them and asked about our tickets and they are telling we get confirmation about the ticket only before 5 days of travel.They are dragging us without giving proper answers and not responding to our questions.Didn't get a single ticket.So please be aware and stay away from these kind of traps!!!! I am editing this review to get noticed other people we are trapped and others please don't fell in the trap and as they saw a negative review in the top they put a good review above that..SO PLEASE BE AWARE..check the reviews properly and decide.....
