It's a scam company!! Pls don't go for small greed, consequences will be in huge money cheat and hours of time waste. All their staff, either mens or ladies are trained how to take out money from the innocent people's pocket. They are initially calling or sending messages on WhatsApp to give free gifts and adventures tour packages. They are sending photos to lure people and calling at their Karama office. Initially they will flatter too much and they are showing many booked packages from other people, I am sure it was the fake one. I see there many other couples are sitting there i feel pity now on them they will also trap caught if they would have been taken their fake packages. Very rude and unprofessional people forcing to take their package once package taken then you got trapped. No one will reply to your email and calls, if they will pick they will postpone your query all the time till you will tired and stop calling them. Later i see google reviews and many people they cheated in same way!! And i am sure the high star ratings are fake, They put the ratings to lure people into their trap. Pls complain to Dubai police ASAP before they looted more people and disappeared. Later i search news about these type of companies they looted more and more people and run away can search in UAE news, This company is also one of them. I request people to complain as much as you can to "Dubai police and consumer protection" so that they get caught before they run.

Hello everyone, Whatever goods review is there is them only trust me they are fraud do not trust them please if anyone wants please connect me I will show you all the proof from them. After I posted a review about my experience with Planet Star, the company contacted me and asked me to remove the post, saying we could discuss and resolve the issue. I agreed and requested that they fulfill the commitment they had previously made. However, after waiting for a long time, they informed me that they could not honor what they had promised and would instead do only what they felt appropriate. Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone to be cautious. Please think carefully before investing any money with them, as you may risk facing significant losses. This morning, I met with a senior officer at the police station, and I was advised to file an official complaint through the appropriate website. If anyone else is facing a similar issue, I kindly request you to file a complaint as well so we can take action together. You can send complaints to: ecomplaints@dubaidet.ae

We recently traveled to the Maldives with our family and booked our entire package through The Planet Star, and I must say it was one of the best travel decisions we have ever made! From the very beginning, their team was extremely professional, responsive, and supportive. Hi everyone, I want to share something very important based on my personal experience. Please do not associate or tie up with Planet Star. In my experience, this company is not trustworthy. They do not have sufficient funds to pay their employees and appear to target people like us to collect money under false promises. During meetings, they make attractive commitments and assure you that everything will be handled professionally. However, once you proceed, nothing they promise actually happens. When you question them, their attitude completely changes, and they simply tell you to do whatever you want. I have substantial proof to support my claims, including messages, call recordings, and other evidence. This is not something I am saying lightly. I genuinely don’t want others to go through the same financial loss and mental stress that I experienced. If you are planning to visit them or invest your money with them, please reconsider and make a U-turn before it’s too late. Protect your hard-earned money. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint against them. If anyone else has faced a similar issue with this company, I encourage you to come forward so we can take collective action. Together, our voice will be stronger, and we can increase the impact of our complaint. This is a sincere request to everyone — let’s stay united, support each other, and ensure we recover our money from this fraudulent company. Please stay cautious and spread awareness.

Fraud people, Be aware!! Calling to give free gifts and hotel stay, Don't go you will waste your time & money and they will not give you anything. I went with my family at their Karama temporary office, After they didn't talked about any gifts and they make on me pressure to buy their travel and tour packages. i denied and they insult me in front of my wife. Very rude unprofessional staff look like street druggist. If you will buy from them anything, you got trapped. This is cheating company don't believe on them. They keep some ladies staff also to trap, Be aware!!

I visited this company after being offered a coupon. During the office visit, a travel plan costing around AED 7,500 was presented. After multiple refusal, an alternative option was offered where 25% payment was requested upfront, with commitments of six air tickets, six hotel bookings, and additional coupons. Based on these commitments, we agreed and proceeded with the plan. After payment, customer service communication was very poor. Emails and messages were not responded to, and after more than one month of repeated follow-ups, only Dubai Safari Park tickets were provided, while the remaining services discussed were not delivered. Due to the lack of response, we visited the office again and noticed several other families present with related to coupon collection. During this visit, we were verbally informed again that six air tickets would be provided. However, when I later contacted them to book flights for specific dates, I was informed that flight bookings would be processed only after full payment, which had not been clearly communicated earlier. Posting this for awareness purposes. Customers may wish to verify all commitments in writing and contact official authorities if services are not delivered as discussed.”

Avoid this company at all costs!!!! We went on30/08/2025 and they offered 35 flight tickets to travel to our home country and we done full payment at the same time.They give us a card which will be activated after 15 days.You often fail to follow up with customers as promised.We mailed them and asked about our tickets and they are telling we get confirmation about the ticket only before 5 days of travel.They are dragging us without giving proper answers and not responding to our questions.Didn't get a single ticket.So please be aware and stay away from these kind of traps!!!! I am editing this review to get noticed other people we are trapped and others please don't fell in the trap and as they saw a negative review in the top they put a good review above that..SO PLEASE BE AWARE..check the reviews properly and decide.....

Package and trust me Worst sale pich by 3rd class sales person who will insult you in frount of your wife As they Insist you to come with Wife if you not buy anythig he will give you dubai safari voucher and 10 aed kitch set which you can buy 5 to 10 aed from day to day after all this when you clams voucher they ask you to wait 1 month , I sent them 18 mail and Call for the voucher which the give But newer redime it is totaly Froud and Sacmer in dubai Dont west your time to go there and but any thing Totaly Fake Pla et star LLc
