I processed a freelancer visa for my sister and completed the payment on October 13. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received the Emirates ID. Even I have been told to collect it myself although I'm living in AbuDhabi and this is completely disappointing and unprofessional. Is this how you treat your clients? I will make sure not to deal with your company again and will not recommend your services to anyone I know.
