Warning 🚨 Warning – Fraud Alert about Alnaya 🚨 We got a inquiry pertaining to setup inbound BPO in India, after initial communication it was thrilling figures they showed us . Ona their traps,,they made us to visit them in Dubai for further meetings and agreement their after if everything goes well , When visited their office @ BusinessBay, one cute receptionist welcomed and asked us to handover our mobiles phones and any electronic gadgets like headphones,laptops etc....then only we are allowed for meeting with Ms. Richa it was 🫨 ng and surprise ,after discomfort we shown they were blunt and took all our phones and laptops then they allowed inside one cabin....and offered tea and water ,he re we senced fishy because every cabin they take u it's electronically locked and they only can open and make u go out or so....even if u want to go loo, some girl will come following and stand there ....if u want smoke it's same....one girl will open doors and follow, and bring u back tonyhe cabin forcefully. They controlling us and they wooing with their incentive packages in Dollars (no proof of prior experience of bpo they askbu) before going ahead theyvforced us tonpay $18500 as security deposit then only they will go ahead for kyc and agreement . We asked for reference,lbof centres running, they don't share it and they don't have policy to share reference...FRAUD We asked to have a see theoub/visit to their BPO supporting staff which sits in RasAlKhaima they said, but it's secrete they don't allow for visit and even they don't share addresses.. they said, they have office in Sharjah also, when asked to share address or take us for visit , they refuse bybsaying against company policy. We asked for company documents and owners names (egichbthey eloberated during conversation as Dubai Shaikh) but theybdidnt share because it's against they policy,🚨 They only force and emphasizes on payup immediately to block ur spot for this perticular BPO process by Credit Card (which raised alarm 🚨) they only take Credit Card payments we 4 partners visited them they asked us to swipe all of 4 Cards to pay up full security deposit upfront now ??? This above points are to understand, clearly as it's Alnaya CSP LLC is FRAUD🚨 This is a total scam company operating from Dubai under the name Alnaya. Do not trust them or fall into their traps ⚠️ Be aware – Alnaya is a fraud company
