We had a very disappointing experience at Felichita Restaurant, especially considering it was the night of Eid Al-Fitr when expectations are naturally higher. Before making a reservation, we were told there would be live music. However, there was no live music at all, and the atmosphere was extremely boring and dull. To make matters worse, several reception staff kept telling us every 30 minutes that the music would start “in half an hour,” which turned out to be completely untrue. We ended up waiting until 11 PM for nothing. The food quality was also very poor, with small portions that did not justify the very high prices. The only positive point was that the waiters were polite, but unfortunately, that does not make up for the lack of honesty and poor overall experience. In the end, we were given a very expensive bill without any apology for the misinformation or the long wait. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience and I would not recommend this place at all.
