The staff were extremely unaccommodating and showed no genuine interest in addressing our concern. While we understand that the item was purchased on sale, we still have the right to request an exchange if it does not fit. We also clearly understand that there may be no available stock—but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern and willingness to help. Customer service is not just about policies; it’s about how customers are treated. At the very least, we expected empathy, professionalism, and an effort to make us feel valued as customers. Unfortunately, none of that was shown. Instead, we were made to feel dismissed and unimportant. This experience was frustrating and left a very poor impression of the store.
