The staff and salespeople working in the shop are extremely helpful and kind. However, the owner (the lady) was very unprofessional and openly racist. She judged me based on my nationality and skin color without even understanding the situation. The issue was simply that my necklace had a problem and one of the rings was broken. A male staff member tried to fix it, but he gave me a larger ring by mistake, and his English was limited. Instead of calmly asking or understanding what happened, the owner came in shouting and made offensive comments about Egyptians, accusing them of being untrustworthy, troublemakers, and teasing people. She accused me of things I never said or did — I never accused anyone of stealing. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. It’s very disappointing, especially because the rest of the staff were polite and helpful
