Absolutely unacceptable experience. Since July 2025, Afnan has shown a consistent pattern of broken promises, zero accountability, and complete disregard for professional responsibility. There has been no transparency, no proper follow-up, and no genuine effort to resolve the matter despite repeated attempts to communicate. Calls are ignored, messages go unanswered, and commitments are simply not honored. This is not just poor service — it reflects a serious lack of integrity and respect for clients’ time and trust. If someone cannot deliver what they promise, the minimum expectation is honesty and clear communication. Avoiding clients instead of taking responsibility is highly unprofessional. Proceed with extreme caution — this experience has been deeply disappointing and a complete waste of time and trust.
