Never rent flat for family, 99% flats is bed space and massage centers, building management and security takes money every 2 months to allow this type of business Every night boys drink and make drama. I seen flat number 111, 310, 601, minimum 20 people staying in there. And all business is carried on by Some Indian Gujarati people. Not recommended for family, not safe at all

Don’t ever rent to this building, Jumeirah Star inAl Mankhool, the property agency is not helpful at all and worst of all they will never return your security deposit. When you live out from the property they will rob your security deposit by telling you to pay all the maintenance issue. The building is old and it has lots of problems and worst of all they will let you pay for it, what a good way of stealing money.
