No maintenance.. No response.. Full of creatures.. No wall over the sealing.. Can get next room kitchen and bathroom smell in your AC. All AC are expired and they are not ready to change and respond. If you buy flat then you want to keep a amount for hospital too.. dirty flat in my entire life. Irresponsible maintenance.
