Regardless of how big or well laid out the units are, if the ACs dont work, then its no good. Having spent 1 year and dealt with the management and maintenance team, please take my advice and look for some other building. My complaints have only been met with false promises and incompetent maintenance team.The building runs on 1 "overloaded" chiller while the other chiller awaits refurbishment since early 2019.
