You are a fool to reside here! Very bad maintenance! Poor AC in the apartment which needs changing but the management wont do it! Summer 50 plus degrees n we are toasted inside with small kids. Spending a fortune for Dewa bill for the non working AC! The engineer who is staying in the same bldg is so arrogant and acts like a Boss. They say AC is working but it isnt enough for the whole duplex 2 bedroom apartment. Y cant they understand simple science? Dont recommend this bldg and all other bldgs managed by centimeter cube! Pathetic! The garden is for namesake, even if u stand on it they have problem. The Arab security guard screams at children. He scares them always. The whole management is heartless. Zero maintenance but want high rent. They are partial with some nationalities.
