I do not recommend moving to Sulafa! firstly, there are a lot of cockroaches, how many we called paste control, anyway there are a lot of them! secondly, if you want to order furniture from the home box or home center, you pay a deposit of 1000 separately from the security deposit! we still have to wait for confirmation from the management (they may not let them in)! I waited a week for a moving permit to move in! to go to the gym or to the pool you can have no more than 2 people, from 1 bedroom of the apartment! it doesn't matter the children have no, the parents have arrived no! and what is important everywhere and always you need to do a face ID, without it you will not be able to go to your own apartment! oooh they won’t let you in without a mask, go look on the street in the store (well, I agree with this), but otherwise I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I did not know such details, I would never have moved! it's like a sheikh's residence!
