This building set benchmark on how worst the building can be in the whole word, no management, no cleaning, all b***shit. Almost every floor has mold not just mold the roof is full of mold "image attached". Than the washrooms it was not working and they took more than 1 month to fix it and its still so dirty you can not use it. Than there is water leakage, dirt, and now From yesterday morning (20-0ct-25) there is no water in the building you can not use washroom, you have to go to next building to use the washroom and the next building is also DAMAC so what you can expect their washroom disgusting. Its been more than 28 hours still there is no water in the building. And the lift its the slowest lift in the world, and it will stop working in middle of any floor so you will stack, it happened with me twice. there should be some-one who has to take care of these matter you are charging maintenance and doing what ? just making people suffer and sick.
