The building itself is not so bad. But you must know few things before pay 4-5-6 and more thousand usd per month for your rent, especially if you expect your holiday with children. Firstly its disgusting garbage smell when you go out of the tower. Nobody clean this sector year by year. So be ready when you go out of the tower like you are at garbage can. After that there is a street which never cleans, few years the garbage just lies at the street. Between Botanica tower and Emirates Hospital I think its the most dirty place in Dubai. I have been in Dubai many times from 2017 and know what I am talking about. And the second. The most crazy and not normal I think. If you go to pool at P4 with children you would not be able to do nothing. Nothing. Do dive, no jump, no ball playing, no tennis ball playing, can you imagine. Its the most popular game at the pool all over the worlds for dozens of years. You can only lay at the dirty sunlongers with very strong wind and thats all. Security is not Interested whethear you have kids or not. They must lay calm and dont play any games. If you will try - you will be stopped by guard. So think about that before pay cause if you are with kid for a month or two, every day together, you are expecting that you can at least play at the pool. No. You cant. Will never suggest this tower and sure never stay there again. For 4-5 thousands usd per month there are a lot of offers in Dubai.
