From January to April, I lived in this building, and everything was fine. After the checkout, we agreed that the deposit would be returned to the bank account. As a result, for about a month I tried to return my deposit, I wrote to them on their WhatsApp number, and for a month I received only an ignore from their side and "We will refund your deposit soon." There was no specific answer or indication of the reason. A month later, I wrote a truthful comment on Google and informed the administration of the Hera building that I would contact RERA(Dubai Land lord Department). Immediately after that, the administration decided to respond to me and send a deposit, but due to the fees through Western Union, I received 400 dirhams less, although I warned them in advance that I do not have a UAE bank account and I will not be able to pick up the deposit physically. OK, I got the deposit back and let this situation go. Now I wanted to book a studio for several months again, I called the administration, they said "there is no need to worry, there are studios available for September, send your passport and I will book you." Before that, I also wrote on WhatsApp, but they decided to just ignore me. As a result, I sent my passport in the hope of booking, but I was simply blocked without explanation. The reason for the blocking, Did you not like my passport or did you not like my request to you to return my deposit? Throughout my stay, I have always communicated with employees and staff respectfully, without any rudeness, even when they held my deposit for a month. I still have all the messages.
