The building is maintained by an agency “Hi Sandy” so, I don’t recommend anyone to rent flats from them. They work very slow and very unprofessional. Maintenance in the building is disaster, also fire alarm rings almost every day and they can’t fix it. They don’t replay to email, and after calling them 10 times they will promise you something. In the end you will not get your deposit for rent , they will keep it without any explanation. If you want to safe you nerves and time , STAY AWAY FROM “HI SANDY”!!!!!!
