Extremely disappointed with the level of service and living conditions at Myriad Dubai. My son moved in February and had to move out by April — the rooms are tiny, stuffy, and infested with cockroaches. Hygiene is absolutely unacceptable. Air conditioners blow directly onto the bed, making it impossible to study or rest properly. After moving out on April 2nd, we are still waiting for the deposit refund — it’s been almost 2 months. Every time we ask, they just say “next week,” over and over again. Yet, when it comes to collecting payments from students, they don’t wait even an hour. No accountability. No transparency. If you care about your child’s well-being and peace of mind — stay far away from this place.
