The service is awful, waited for 3 hours for x ray which took my 5 minutes only, the lady at the reception in the x ray area keep saying queue even though there was no one there with me, and keep saying that x ray takes 30-40 minutes! I came from emergency, no care at all! except one security guard who noticed that I’m not feeling well and helped me. So many staff 0 organisation! The receptionist told “next time go to orthopaedics not to emergency” at the end of the service. If she told me that from the beginning I would’ve not spent my whole day at the hospital. The security guards next to pharmacy don’t know anything, that what they told me.

Arrived on time for appointment, completed formalities and payment, then faced repeated delays and conflicting stories about the doctor's availability. After a significant wait, a check-up finally occurred, followed by another long wait at reception with further unprofessional handling and misinformation. Overall, a complete waste of time and a deeply disappointing experience with NMC DIP.Hope so refund amount will credit.
