Worst Cargo Experience with ABC Cargo I had a terrible experience with ABC Cargo. I chose their service to send cargo from the UAE to Kashmir, India — all items were insured, yet nearly 20 items arrived damaged, including my washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, and other electronics. It took them 50 days to deliver, and despite repeated follow-ups, they refused to fairly process my insurance claim. They offered a pathetic ₹5,000 compensation, claiming lack of invoices, even though I had sent photos, documents, and full evidence. Their representative Akhtar Jabeen handled my case poorly and showed no real interest in helping. The company’s customer service is unresponsive and unprofessional. Avoid ABC Cargo at all costs — this company is irresponsible, slow, and not trustworthy.
