HORRIBLE !! They say the waiting list is transparent but its a joke. Inspite of booking an appointment well ahead, I was made to wait over an HOUR for not once, but THREE consecutive visits. I have no idea why the manager sits there, when all he has is one single job to manage the schedule. It does not come much of a surprise why he messes up everytime coz he is busy controlling the music in accordance to the people passing by the saloon , based on request from one of the staff . Honestly he has one single job and he cant even do that? Its sad to say that a very well set up and clean place is mismanaged by a bunch of staff (not all though) who has no respect for their customers. I have to admit that the shop is very well set up interms of cleanliness , interiros , ambience and does give a welcome atmosphere by its own ( without any help from the staff) . I really hope this reaches the owner because he needs to take care of few things, IMMEDIATELY. During my final visit, my booking time was at 10pm and the previous client got finished at 10pm. But instead of my turn the staff (dont want to name him) just picked another client, probably a friend ,to make me wait for another whole hour!! And this happened after making me wait for an hour each for both my previous visits. How much tolerance should a person have ? It is also worth mentioning that i had to walk off from the saloon in sheer disappointment during my last visit coz the staff did not finish up even though i waited more than an hour from my appointment. So basically i jus waited for more than an hour for nothing!! Clearly they have no respect for a persons time. I would advise to stay from this place if you don't want to feel disrespectful. Staff are extremely noisy and busy mocking people passing by or not present in the shop. I am not a person who normally gives out such a review but i am that dissapointed with the staff. They make the place not deserve even a single star rating!
