I just came back from your shop and you what?!!! Be honest guys, write on your doors that your supermarket is only for your Indian customers as it seems like only those people has a privilege to be served on a first priority just because they gave 2 items and rest of people can wait. First full, no social distancing at 7:30 am ( no other people, a lot if space around and still someone stick on my back, are you guys seriously accept this?!!!!!) Second - i was waiting for 10 min till some one come to vegetables section to assist me with bar code, no one comes till i came to counter and call, even i ask other workers to call someone before that. Than one of your VIP Indian women was served in the middle while your colleague was serving me with his initiative without even asking me if i am okey with this. Really?????? Really?????? I lost 30 minutes of my life just be assisted with barcode at 7:30 with only 2 customers and 6 colleagues?!!!! And you guys made me wait more just because your lovely VIP has 2 items ?!! Do you think you have rights to treat to me like this?!!! Your service is weird - and this is as minimum !!! I do my groceries shopping with you every morning but trust me, from today, i am not your customer any more and put your membership somewhere dip inside your stock, you are not the only shop in Sharjah , i will warn all my neighbors about what you started to practice there. And beef you are selling is not fresh, and green apples are in twice most expensive that in Lulu , and home delivery we are waiting for ages. Good luck , with customers entering your shop without masks, not following social distancing and discrimination of people non-Indian nationality .
