Very poor quality. Office chair bought in March. Armrest fell off only to find out the material used inferior and covered well. Customer Serivce works more like folk from a bazaar, poor language skills far annoying the customer than getting to the core of the problem. Turn up at your door without warning demanding entry to pick up the faulty product. This is followed by a call with accusations on why entry was not permitted rather than setting up an appointment. A new chair costing close to AED500/- is to now be taken with no clue if I am to get a replacement or if it is to be repaired. If the repair team is anything like the Customer Service team I can only imagine what is to be expected. My first purchase from Pan in 25 years and the biggest mistake I ever made here in selection.
