I am a regular here, not a day goes by without me buying min 2 to 4 teas throughout the day, with samosas, cutlets, and one of those time pass sweet puff sticks, almost all the staff js nice I have dealt with all of them throughout, I am a resident here born and raised over 38 years and have been been regular since your cafteria started. Today while ordering tea, had plans to order other items as usual, so when the guy poured the tea in two glasses I asked him for.the cap, he took one from the packet near him fresh cap, and then he said used the one sitting flat on dirty stand, not sure how long that cap has been sitting there, people usually talk through that little window so there will.be little bit of saliva of people that can drop on that stand, with covid situation we facing currently he wants me to pack my second tea witb a cap that has been living flat on dirty stand??? And I said no I want a fresh one gibe me from the packet and he started scolding me, shouting at me and using abusive comments which was super rude and uncalled for,
Tomorrow I am going to contact the ministry of health and will surely take this up as a very serious matter.
What a disappointment from a store like this? Is it because bow you make so much business your staff can act rude and ridiculous? Is he paying money from his pocket for a fresh cap?,
