I am writing this to warn others: Do not use Al Dolphin Al Azraq Documents Clearing Services in Al Mahatta. My experience with a guy named Yasir Manalaya (+971 55 766 3125) was a nightmare from start to finish. Despite me repeatedly warning him that the profession on my spouse’s visa was being listed incorrectly, Yasir gave me constant "assurances" that he would fix it during the visa stamping process. He was completely wrong. Because of his lack of knowledge and negligence, the Emirates ID came back with the incorrect profession, costing me an additional 250 AED and a massive amount of wasted time. The most frustrating parts of dealing with this agency: Incompetence: He has zero knowledge of immigration procedures and kept sending me back and forth to the immigration office as if he had "relatives" there who would fix his mistakes. Zero Accountability: When I confronted him at the agency, he actually admitted it was his fault, yet had the audacity to say he wouldn't do anything to fix it or compensate me. Refusal of Refund: When I asked for a refund for the mistake he caused, he claimed he couldn't pay it because he had "salaries to pay." Using a customer’s money to cover overhead after committing a professional error is daylight robbery. This place is a fraud. Yasir is good for nothing and will only cause you administrative stress and financial loss. Please, do yourself a favor and find a professional agency that actually knows the law.
