اعتقد يجب أن يكون هناك رقابة علي الموظفين خصوصا بالرد علي الهاتف بطريقة غير مناسبة أيضا لايوجد كلمة موحدة من الموظفين ولا اي مساعدة

Still they didn't call and when i called they never give response in good way because im indian and don't know arabic language..i begg with them to give me full deposit they said only half will get when i ask they said u need to come office..and ignoring like pig..pigggg

worst ever service i have ever experienced. trust me stay away from them. never solved my maintenance issues even after months of followup. Also they did not return my deposit amount after i vacate my flat. very rude people they only harrass you and take advantage of your money.

People in this office are very rude. Tenants need to chase them for the maintenance issues. During first agreement they make lots of promises but fails to fulfil.
