i stayed in Aliya Tower more than 8 years I do respect all but one person his name is Fahad, not Perfossinal a person at all and start shouting today and he think himself the owner. I asked his manager number or the owner but no one gives it to me. I need the manager of the company number, please. 0506287831

Dear all ,with my personal experience I would say never ever get apparently in alyaa tower ,Al nadha sharjah.worst service ever u get in this apparently. They charge you 1000-3000 renewal charge every year .no proper water supply.even you get water ,it will be smelling bad .they dont provide proper maintenance . They promise many things by word but when it comes to real all promise will be fake. They charge you 1800+ for a studio apparently when u finish contract . And if it is 1bhk or 2bhk than u forget your full deposit money n u may have to pay more to them for the list of damages they quote which is not real. I have nothing personal towards any one but I don't want any of the family getting an appointment in alyaa tower,Al nadha Sharjah and struggling like me . You are paying money so please get a better apparently than alyaa tower.
