This is my experience with them for the past 2 years in the building. I am really unhappy and wont recommend my friends. Even when my contract is over they are asking me 2 months fine can you believe it. There is suddenly a new policy of informing them 2 months before your contract was over where u was clearly told that it need to be done 1 month. Not expecte any advance payment return from them. Nicly cheating.

I one of there tanent. And these people renew you contract on a higher price than what a new tenant. Plus in the office wrong information is provided so that you get stuck in a loop. This is my experience with them for the past 2 years in the building. I am really unhappy and wont recommend my friends. Even when my contract is over they are asking me 2 months fine can you believe it. There is suddenly a new policy of informing them 2 months before your contract was over where u was clearly told that it need to be done 1 month.. 1 month also does not make sense as they have to check if I would be RENEWING or not.
