Sales staff is good, as always. However, Service Center staff were unsure if they can ACTUALLY do the battery change without damaging the phone screen. I could have agreed to it, if I would have visited some local street stores, coz they might not have proper tools n experience. But hearing this from professionals, is not what I expected. Battery change cost: AED 250/- IF, screen gets damaged: AED 1050/- N they're not sure if they can safely replace the battery or no for my phone. Hence, 3 stars for now. May be this will change with future interactions (if any).

Staff has good product knowledge and very polite and helpful.as I bought Harman Kardon onyx studio and galaxy ear buds . Made he understand the difference between onyx studio and citation 1.

Worst service they told me that my screen of Samsung note8 will repaired free . When the parts was not in the showroom they told that they will cal me tomorrow for repair . Its almost 4days till now no one contacted me
