ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANY FURNITURE FROM MADRAS FURNITURE SHARJAH, REALLY THEY ARE VERY VERY RUDE AND WORST BEHAVIOUR WITH CUSTOMER. I HAVE ORDERED L SHAPE SOFA AND COT AND MATTRESS. AFTER FIVE DAYS THEY BRING DELIVERY TO MY HOME FROM SHARJAH TO ABU DHABI . PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURES HOW THEY DELIVERED. DELIVERED WITHOUT WRAPPED THEY BRING FROM SHARJAH TO ABU DHABI, ITS COMPLETELY DUSTY IN OUR NEW SOFA AND DAMAGE IN NEW SOFA PROOF PICTURES ATTACHED FOR YOUR REFERENCE. WORST AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR MADRAS FURNITURE OWNER SON YOUSUF:- ( OWNER SON YOUSUF TAMIL GUY CHEATED TAMIL CUSTOMER) SOFA DUSTY:- 1. I CALLED YOUSUF ASKED WHY THE NEW SOFA AND COT AND MATTRESS NOT WRAPPED FULLY DUSTY DURING TRANSIT SHARJAH TO ABU DHABI - YOUSUF REPLIED THAT "IF YOU WANT VERY NEAT CLEAN PURCHASE FROM IKEA OR HOME BOX WHY DID YOU PURCHASE FROM SHARJAH LOCAL MARKET MADRAS FURNITURE. SO DON'T EXPECT FROM US. I REALLY HURTED AND SHOCKED HOW THE OWNER SPEAK TO CUSTOMER LIKE THIS VERY WORST. OLD COT DELIVERED:- 2. I ASKED WHY WOODEN COT VERY DIRTY AND SOME OF YOUR LABOUR WALKED ON THE WOODEN BRACKET WITHOUT CLEAN YOU DELIVERED TO ME - YOUSUF REPLIED I TOLD YOU ALREADY DON'T EXPECT MORE CLEAN AND NEATNESS JUST CLEAN IN CLOTH AND USE IT. THEN I TOLD HIM DON'T INSTALL THE COT AND MATTRESS JUST TAKE IT AND BRING. NOW MORE THAN A TWO WEEKS HE DID NOT BRING NEW. SOFA CUSHION DAMAGED AND 2 WEEKS FINISH STILL NOT DELIVERED:- 3. I ASKED WHY L SHAPE NEW SOFA CUSHION DAMAGED WHY YOU DID NOT NOTICE BEFORE LOADING IN VEHICLE - HE IS NOT ACCEPTING AM NOT A OWNER AND MY NAME NOT MENTIONED IN TRADE LICENSE , MY FATHER IS THE OWNER. THEN HE DISCONNECT THE CALL. AFTER FIVE MINUTES HE SEND VOICE MESSAGE TO ME THAT HE WILL TAKE THE DAMAGE CUSHION AND BRING NEW CUSHION. I TOLD HIM TO DELIVER WITH IN ONE WEEK , NOW TWO WEEKS FINISHED STILL THEY DID NOT DELIVERY THE REPLACEMENT CUSHION. WITHOUT CUSHION SOFA LOOKS VERY BAD AND NOW HE IS NOT RESPONDING. I ATTACHED ALL THE PHOTOS
