I bought a Mitsubishi Pajero from Bawabat Al Hadaf Used Cars Trading LLC (Showroom #379, Souq Al Haraj, Sharjah). Before buying, the staff told me “Allah kasam, this car is perfect, no issues” and verbally guaranteed the engine, chassis, and gear. They also promised to handle the government passing. Trusting their words, I purchased the car. Within 6 days, the engine developed serious problems. When I returned, they refused to help. After filing a case, I found out they had hidden in small print on the sales receipt that there is no coverage after the sale — something never mentioned before payment. Don’t buy from them — they will trick you into thinking you’re getting a perfect car, but once you leave their showroom, you’re on your own. This was a complete betrayal. Always get an independent inspection and read every detail before buying from Souq Al Haraj.
