I think all their reviews are managed, if there's an option to give a zero rating I probably give that, the reality about "SBK" is entirely different. I visited at ”Buhaira Sharjah office" on 1st floor their team was less cooperative. "SBK" just took over our building contract a month ago from "Ajman Chamber Of Commerce"and since the time they've taken over the building they're creating problems for the tenants. They turn off the lobbies and corridor AC's, no proper maintenance of the building, no resolution of the problem over several calls, infact don't answer the call sometimes on given numbers and furthermore they increased the rent by 50% of all the tenants either they completed one year or three years which is against the law. Last but not the least tenants who have contract with the parking they're asking them to pay additional 2000 for parking access, This is crooks. So, I would say avoid whichever building is taken care by this real estate company, otherwise they're going to make your life stressful, difficult and problematic.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I have been a tenant of 801 Q Tower Al Taawun Sharjah for 3 years. My renewal is due on 14th august 2021 and this is my 4rth year with SKB with clear payments other than one amount of 1400 which even I cleared today. I fully understand that my renewal needs to be done in a time frame but I'm not habitual of such events. One of the staff of Buhaira Corniche office "Faisal" started following up with me with unacceptable behavior. taunting and threatening words and attitude, shouting and even switching off my AC twice. He told me 'go to legal and do whatever" he said " so what can you do if I have cut your ac" I went to the same office and wanted to escalate the topic to his line manager but Faisal even stopped the receptionist to make a call to his manager. This he did right in front of me and told me go do whatever you want to do the manager will not going to meet you. I am extremely upset as even right now as I’m writing to you this email my ac is disconnected. Faisal has no manners on how to talk to the tenants. He is a black mark on the face of SBK and I will keep on escalating this topic to the higher management until I will get a written apology from him. I will contact the Sharjah municipality as well and I will put everything on the google review if I do not hear from the SBK management today. He is extremely rude, unprofessional and has no ethics of how to work in a customer services environment. it is a crime to disconnect power or ac for a tenant which he did twice and accepted and proudly and loudly told me go do whatever! Is this what SBK Real-estate is all about?? Is this how SBK treats the tenants? I will not renew my contract like this and even if I will I will cancel it and look for a better real estate where a tenant is given value. Regards, Aman Shaikh 0522581442
