I went to buy a car from this showroom.. the ad was listed the car with agency warranty, and he confirmed several times that car has 1 year warranty. Adding to that, i asked if the car has the second key. Where the sales person confirmed again that second key is available…they were super nice before transferring the car ownership with 100% confirmation on warranty and they say second key will be handed over to my home and not worry… After car transfer was done… I found that warranty was expired in 2019.. and since 3 weeks I’m chasing the sales person to send me the key, even i went to the showroom to get car refund, or second key. With no luck to get second key as they promised..or reaching an agreement for car warranty!!!! Now, they don’t answer my calls, no warranty, and no car second key!! I wish if anyone can connect me with the showroom owner, so i can claim my experience accordingly!!! My advice to any one who is buying any car from any seller. Don’t proceed with any seller until you check, agency warranty,,, service history, and make sure to get all car keys before transfer!!!!
